I am the daughter of Cuban immigrants who came to the United States searching for opportunity and a better life.

In my family, no one had walked the path I was trying to navigate. I was the first to pursue higher education and eventually the only one to earn graduate degrees. There was no blueprint. No one to show me what success was supposed to look like.

So like many people trying to figure it out on their own, I listened to the messages that seem to be everywhere.

"Go to school."
"Get good grades."
"Get a good job."
"That is the American Dream."

It sounded logical. Responsible. Even admirable.

So I followed the path that looked right from the outside.

But the more I chased what I was supposed to want, the more I realized something wasn’t adding up.

Have you ever had that moment where you look at the life you are building and quietly ask yourself…

Is this actually the life I want?

That question forced me to confront something I had never considered before.

The breakthrough I was searching for was never outside of me.

It was not in another credential, another plan, or someone else’s idea of success.

It was in learning to trust the truth I already carried inside.

That realization changed everything and it eventually led me to the work I do today helping coaches step into their own authority and build businesses that reflect who they truly are.

I studied marketing. Funnels. Email sequences. Webinars. Launch strategies. Content calendars. Algorithms. Social media. Digital advertising. Video marketing. I invested in programs and tried to master every system that promised to grow an online business.

And to be fair, many of those tools and strategies worked. My business began growing quickly.
