For instance, one of the reasons a lot of people work with me is because I see them and not just their business. So instead of only working with a life coach or a business coach, they are open to a blend of both conversations.
3. Analyze your current situation. What factors make it more difficult for you to find the right coach? Are you being coachable? Are you taking action? Are you better served by a done-for-you service rather than a coach?
4. Crafting a message that captures the attention of potential coaches. What are the benefits of hiring you as a coach and why should they respond to your message? This can come in the form of a free consultation as well. A good coach will help you figure out what your goals are for you working togther.
5. Utilize multiple marketing channels, such as social media, online ads, and personal networks, for maximum reach. Don’t limit yourself to who you know. Don’t limit yourself to who is in your local area. There are so many people that you can connect with around the world thanks to social media and the internet!

But at the end of the end, it all comes down to your willingness to work with that person and do what they recommend. So for instance, if you want to talk to my past clients, watch my webinars, look at my website but when it comes to coaching you don’t want to implement any online marketing trainings because you prefer TV ads, then you need to re-evaluate who you are asking for support. This is a little vulnerable for independent entrepreneurs who are not used to asking for help but it will make your life so much easier to work with a coach who has your back.
7. Collect data to measure the effectiveness of your marketing efforts and make adjustments where necessary. I like to track progress for my clients but if your coach doesn’t do that then be sure to track results and progress on your own so that you can celebrate milestones.

This is important so that you can get the most out of your coaching sessions and come prepared to ask the questions that are the most important to you. This isn’t about questioning your coach or micro-managing them. You should feel empowered in your coaching relationship and come prepared to your meetings so that you can achieve your goals!
