I remember how nervous I was when I hosted my first webinar but today things are different. I have clients in 20+ countries and work with people in over 100 niches in both Spanish & English.

The moment I had a strategy, I no longer had to be pushy or salesy.

I could be authentic, add tons of value, and help people whether they bought from me or not.

You can have a profitable business and market your business online successfully even if you do not like selling, appearing on video, or have no followers to start with.

Filling up your marketing coaching business

Do you have an e-course or coaching program that you wish were filling up in your sleep?

Maybe you have tried ads, webinars, blog posts, and major incentives but for some reason it’s not clicking with your ideal audience.

Some entrepreneurs have even given up and hired people to do these tasks for them only to find them fail too.

So what’s an entrepreneur to do?

You wonder…..

Is it not meant to be? Or do you keep going?

Here’s how I see it and what to do about it:

For instance, I’m enjoying the warm weather in the Dominican Republic now but after a while……I just wanted to feel cooler.

I tried cold water, lowering the AC,a dip in the pool, closing windows/doors, and even a cold smoothie.

Each time I did one thing, I felt a little better- cooler

But I knew how I wanted to feel so kept trying different things until it felt just right.

Although its a silly example, you can easily keep trying many things in your business so that you can make sales in your sleep until you eventually do.

But who wants results eventually?

I know that you want the results you desire now. After all, your ideal clients need you now and so does your business to stay open.

Here are the 4 steps I recommend to correct course and put your business on the right track:

1. Ask your ideal clients

To be a successful entrepreneur you do not have to be a mind reader. Thank goodness! You can either survey previous clients, conduct a survey, or pay close attention to the most frequently asked questions in groups. This will be more fruitful than copying your “competition” or limiting yourself to serving your audience just like everyone else is. Ever heard the saying “the riches are in the niches” before? This will help you make sales in your sleep because you will be addressing a unique need in the marketplace and it will be a no-brainer for your ideal clients to purchase from you.

2. Break the rules

We all have an internal understanding of what we think it takes to succeed. You’ll be surprised how just following your gutt and taking a leap can result in quantum leaps in your business. Stop waiting until you know everything before you do something. I promise that you will never feel ready to reach a new level. So do what is necessary now- not what you feel comfortable with. Thanks to breaking the rules, I was able to contribute to, travel around the world, and attract major opportunities- this year alone. Perhaps you need to hire a coach now (not later), increase your prices now, hire a virtual assistant, create a new program, and/or solely focus on being more visible.

3. Develop your mindset

Many people think that opt-ins and ad budgets are what stand between them and the success they want. Your success will never exceed your personal development. You must work on your mindset so that you can think clearly, be creative, and attract higher level opportunities to yourself. One of my favorite books is “The Science of Getting Rich” and you should read it weekly. Remember, you don’t just have a business, you are the business. Treat yourself and your mindset accordingly.

4. Diversify your income streams and your traffic streams

Making sales in your sleep doesn’t mean it only happens in one way. Think of other ways that you can make more money via affiliate programs, selling replays of old programs that can still serve others, and keeping an open mind to making money in more than one way. In my business I build an income via speaking fees, 10+ e-courses, coaching programs, affiliate products, MLM team, among others. But as you develop those income streams, find more than one place to promote them. If you notice, I’m not on social media selling every minute of the day. By promoting in different platforms, I can leverage my time strategically to build a great life and a great business.

You don’t need to wait to get results eventually.

Implement all of these steps immediately so that you can re-route your business to the direction to want it to head in.

Do not make the mistake to sit back and wait for more money, better timing, or more motivation.

You will never get results for work you didn’t do.

Do all you can now so tomorrow you can enjoy all of your hard work.
