Ever wake up and all your plans have to go out the window because of that one email or phone that threw off your day?

That used to happen to me all the time!

It was so disappointing to make my plans, add them to my super cute planner (color coded and everything), and even pick out my outfit beforehand only to feel that it was all useless.

After some time a tiny part of me stopped trying because of the infamous and debilitating thought- what’s the point of it all.

The reality was …..

The day was running me and I finally had enough.

Something had to change.

I couldn’t expect the same thing and weakness to lead to my success.

Even worse, I realize that this can happen to people whether they have an awesome team supporting them or not.

What changed: 

I made significant changes to my morning routine to set my day up for success and productivity- without ignoring friends or family.

Simple changes led to a significant improvement that have led to more freedom, getting more work done in less time, and admittedly more strength to do those pesky things I normally would procrastinate on.
